Located 40 floors up for an excellent view of the city, the Everest Restaurant in Chicago boasts unique design combined with the tasty French cuisine of Jean Joho, one of the world’s greatest, most celebrated chefs.  The tables are decorated with abstract bronze centerpieces, and the ceilings are high with mirrored walls.  Waiters are dressed in tuxedos and are quietly efficient in providing service for those with the money to spend on such a place.

The Everest Restaurant in Chicago offers a seven-course meal with roasted lobster, sea bass on celery root, or other fine entrees.  Also, try the carnaroli risotto or poached tenderloin of beef from the a la carte menu.  Save room for dessert, and order the fantasy of chocolate, a dish with five different chocolate creations on one plate.

Ask for one of the tables near the windows to enjoy the view of Chicago, but remember that it’s not guaranteed you’ll get one.  For the wine connoisseur, the Everest Restaurant in Chicago has one of the best wine lists in the world (not counting France), with nearly 1,500 bottles that range between under $100 up to $3,000.  If the price is too high for you, try the three-course pre-theater dinner (priced at $49 per person and sold only at 5:30) to get the best bargain.  Otherwise, though not the most expensive restaurant in Chicago, be prepared to pay for the ambiance and excellent service.

Valet parking is available, and the dress code calls for a jacket (ties are optional).  With accommodations for group dining, private rooms, a kid friendly environment, romantic setting, and online reservations, the Everest Restaurant in Chicago will not disappoint.
