The Nine Steak House Restaurant in Chicago only opened their doors a little over four years ago, but it already is a large draw for the glamorous and those who want to be part of the crowd of “beautiful people”.  The dining area is decorated with glass, mirrors, and brown suede and includes a hip upstairs called the “Ghost Bar”.  The entire restaurant is centered around a champagne and caviar bar made of granite and supported by shimmering pillars.

The cuisine at the Nine Steak House in Chicago is contemporary American, with excellence as the main goal.  Try the two cone appetizer with a combination of tuna tartare and chunks of lobster and avocado.  The ahi tuna is a local favorite, and the New York style sirloin is perfectly charbroiled.  For the more adventurous crowd, there is a dish with rock shrimp that is crisped for excellence and served with a tobiko aioli and a Vietnamese pepper sauce.  For dessert, taste the profiteroles or sink your teeth into the Valhrona chocolate cake.  Be sure to save room for it, as the desserts are absolutely to die for.
