A converted industrial complex under the El tracks, the Transit Night Club in Chicago is appropriately named and cleverly designed for not only the electronic-dance crowd, but all types of clubbers.  Four main rooms, each with its own bar and its own personality, make sure that all types are attracted to this large, flashy establishment.  The Oval contains a 1,500 square foot dance floor, highlighted by red lights, or bump and grind to R&B in the mezzanine, which has more of a lounge feel.  Chill out in the VIP Blue Room, or head to the back of the club to socialize at the Light Bar.

The Transit Night Club in Chicago is a high-energy place, so try the Red Bull and vodka shots to keep yourself up and moving.  Be ready for theme nights as well; Thursdays often offer up international DJ’s or events such as fashion shows, Fridays are salsa night, and Saturdays you’ll frequently find professional dancers on the elevated platforms.
